I think they've made a statement that said they the tiger is the last thing in the world to be blamed for it. ~Hanford No, I know they wouldn't, but whenever there is an animal attack, it becomes a state issue, and they are usually the ones that decide if the animal is a danger and if it is to be destroyed or not. And it is almost NEVER the animals who should be blamed.
