I had Kelly's Velvet Taboo for the first time tonight. WOW !! It's probably one of the most complex and sublime Tropical cocktails I've had so far. It's expensive but worth it. I had to order a second.

I had some (non-Tikiphile) friends visit the Tonga Hut for the first time. I tried explaining Tiki culture to them but I'm not sure if they got it. They did "GET" Kelly's cocktails however. :)
