That depends entirely on how many people your having over. Basic rule of thumb for anything with fresh citrus.... 24 hours or less. It will keep in the fridge up to about three days, up to five if you have a really cold fridge. But after about 24 hours (less if its hots) the citrus begins to oxidize, specifically the citric acid, and it looses it's 'umph.' It will still be drinkable, and probably taste pretty good, but the longer you keep it the flatter it will taste.
