Couple of questions:

  1. Has the charge shown up on your credit card statement? If not, at least you haven't lost any money. If it has, then you have proof of purchase to show TV

  2. Have you tried calling the restaurant? Seems that if emails aren't working, using the old fashioned telephone might be your best option.
