I was always stumped by this dilemma.
But when we stayed at the Half Moon inn.
There was the answer!!
Paint, Yeah I like the natural look too.
But we all know this stuff is turning grey from the day you put it up.
You may need to let the stuff sit outside to weather some before you paint it.
Bamboo has a natural wax coating to it, As does other natural mat type stuff.
