I joined recently on the advice of another member so I could go on a pub crawl put on by John-O. Most Thursdays, when I'm not working, I take part in the Mixoloseum Blog TDN (Thursday drink night) where we experiment and share original cocktail recipes. I'm just dipping my toes in the Tiki history and culture here in LA and am looking forward to learning more about it. Me and a couple friends have been posting our favorite cocktails at: http://drunkycrow.blogspot.com/ Check it out. It is mostly pre-prohibition recipes with a few tiki and originals thrown in.
