Tonight it's Guerro Enchiladas (guerro is a slightly derrogatory Spanish term for caucasian :D ) Shredded white chicken, sour cream, flour tortillas, Ortega chiles, green encilada sauce and PEPPER JACK CHEESE!!!
While they were baking, we heard a POP! in the oven and a error code showed up on the display. The short story is that we'll be out of a stove and oven for the next week :( How did you survive ATP? Guess I'll see what I can cook in the grill this week. Dutch oven brownies? :lol: |
