Ok... where and when is the start of this?

has someone made up a map? Schedule?

I see on the first page a list of places and times, but no directions or addresses... or way to sign up for this event, or order mugs.....

if its buried in the 12 pages of this thread perhaps it should be put in the first post (if it can still be edited) or added to the last page.
