Boring people create boring Tweets.

I have a Twitter account. I follow a few people (real and "famous") who often share interesting things.

I used to make sculptures of found materials on beaches and in remote places where no one would ever see them. Now I just tweet.

When I do tweet I try to compose something that could stand on its own if it was written somewhere else (like on a bathroom wall). And I usually try and tweet something that's hopefully amusing in some way or another.

Occasionally I just tweet stuff that I know is as dumb as all the tweets everyone is constantly complaining about. Why do I do it? Because I can.

I get a kick from people going on about how dumb Twitter is because I know there is nothing those people can do about it! They are forced by law to follow Twitter. If they refuse to read dumb tweets about traffic or someone's breakfast burrito they will face serious fines and penalties.
