Some historical background for the apartments: :down: Breaking ground, April 1961 :down: glorious half-page newspaper ad from Oct 1961 when they opened: Too bad the picture is so dark, but I can see a hanging globe lamp and some extravagant outrigger beams that got sawn off later:
