I'm not volunteering for that positon though. Frankly I got tired of doing it because a lot of them never posted again. Poly Pop was gracious about doing it also but I think he's spending less time here and more with his family, and that is a good thing. The plus to being on a welcoming committee is that most of the time those newcomers will not forget who the first person was to greet them. Mrtikibar in my case. If you don't like something, do something positive to help create a change. Stop following and start leading. Human nature is what it is. You can't change what other people do but you CAN change what YOU do. THINK POSITIVE! Now get busy dammit!
