The starfish is paduak wood with shell inlays. The wood was pretty nice to carve and has a beautiful grain and a silky red/orange color. The sign is basswood. I used 100% hand tools on it, no power at all. The uke body is also pakuak wood, the fret board is purple heard, the bridge and nut are bone, the fret inlays are abolone shell, the tuning pegs are metal, and the strings are black thread. It was a blast to make! Thanks for looking!
