Kelly, kudos for being so frugal with your own sauce that only now are you making the grade :) And what great concepts for that Gilligan's menu! Now that is Polynesian pop revival: Taking mid-century pop culture concepts into the 21st Century, adding one's own spin, taking it a step further, playing with the tradition. Along with all the artists exhibiting at the Hut, you are an artist in your own right!
