You're welcome. :) I've substituted 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1 oz of simple syrup for the 1 oz vanilla syrup before. It's not an exact match, but it at least hits the right notes. As for the cinnamon, I don't really know of any really quick substitutes unfortunately. kevin |
