I FINALLY cooked something! Usually my cooking is either baking related or grilling chicken so to actually use a recipe and for it to come out edible is pretty amazing to me (and everyone who knows me). Christmas Eve my friends and I had a big seafood dinner and I cooked this shrimp scampi. and people ate it. and LIKED IT! It really was a Christmas miracle!!
