The plumeria would seem the obvious answer seeing that it is commonly used to make leis [ironically, plumerias are native to the New World, but I digress]. Although, the hibiscus is used in a lot of Hawaiiana art [and is the official state flower of Hawaii]. As far as tiki culture is concerned, some tiki drinks were garnished with flowers, including a vanda orchid (Harry Yee's Blue Hawaii) and a gardenia (Donn Beach's Mystery Gardenia).
