Here's a few more:

Casa Fuente in the Forum Shoppes at Ceasar's has some great rum based cocktails. There is also a Rum bar next door to Ceasar's.

There is the city park where they have the last Aku Aku moai out in the lagoon.

The tikipugs went with us to the cool old school steak place up top at Binnion's.
