I know you are looking for some type of "guarantee" or commitment (you call it "interest") before you are willing to book/reserve a bus but that's not how it works. Realistically, you will need to take the financial risk and promote the hell out of the event so that you end up selling all the seats and don't take a bath. Many years ago (2003, 2004, etc) I used to organize the OC Bus Crawl with Tiki Bong and others here. I also regularly attended the SF Bus Crawl yearly for years 2002 thru 2005. So I know how much work it is putting one of these together. Frankly, waiting for someone else to do all the work of booking the bus, scheduling the venues, booking the entertainment, negotiating the lodging, promoting the event, etc so you can simply buy a ticket and board the bus is kind of selfish.
