There is a huge stone wall that looks to be about 1.5 to 2 stories tall. You can see the very top of this wall in the picture I took of the TV's Punch. If you look out the window and straight down, there is a 4-story drop. The New Otani Hotel is a complex of a few buildings. The TV's is in the Garden Tower.
