I own two of these places a block apart. Sadly the one I am living in is just a funky 60's Ranch house on the outside but came with a 60's tiki bar on the inside and a cute knotty pine kitchen. I was thrilled no one had updated the interior. My rental house is a little more polynesian on the exterior but being a rental the interior is bare bones beige these days.
