Hello dr z - yes, a fire pit is ok, if you have the room by your tent, not sure what else you are bringing, each spot is 10x15 so you do have room. We will accept cash, check, CC, yes, you can run a tab. On the fishing it is no live bait, the lake has been here for 20 years and I don't want to introduce anything different to the lake, I hope you understand. All fishing is catch and release, you can't take the fish, sorry. :) Amy
