Okay, now for ones that you like!

Here are a couple my mom uses:

"Wilder than a ring-tailed tooter!"

"Tighter than Dick's hatband!"

& my dad was oft heard exclaiming:

"I swan to goodness!"

"What in Tarnation?"

"Well, I'll be John Brown."

An expression that I like to use when intensely needing to vocalize my frustrations but also needing to temper my language for whatever reason:

"Jiminy Crickets!"

Two from the New York area that I love:

"Abso-fuin'-lutely""Defin-fuin'-ately"
