Been dedicating some time to sketchbooks and drawings lately...
studies for paintings,so I'll include those here....

Well, I'm sending some pieces to an art show at ElroyArtSpace in Portland....
and decided that the show needs a Cannibal King...
So,the next logical thing to do would be...
paint a Cannibal King! duh!
Don't have any shots of the started canvas yet
but will post them maybe tonight...
but first,we need studies.....

then i did a study on some watercolor paper
just so i have a nice to sell someday...

Finally nailed it with this one!

as you can see i went more "Ku" than "Lono" with his helmet...
