The issue at hand is the Appleton 21 year and the El Dorado 12 year, though.

I have like one shot left of my bottle of ED 12. Its so smooth, i had to hunt down a bottle of ED 5 y.o. to try some of the demerara mixed drink recipes out there (would be waste to use the 12 y.o.).

havent had the good fortune yet of trying the appleton 21 y.o.
