1 oz Pago Pago Mai Tai Mix* blend with crushed ice for 2 seconds and serve w/ lime wedge in double-old fashioned glass. You can play with the proportions. I've seen them made right in front of me and I know there wasn't any exact measurements going one. So it's pretty much a Mai Tai with honey as we all suspected. (No, I don't know any chinese tiki joint not using sour mix.)
