Nice to meet you Matt, our new neighbor! Just wanted to let you know you cool MCM home was built/designed by the Streng Bros. ~some call them "Eichler-esque" but you'll find the Strengs were contemporary with Eichler. Our designer was likely Carter Sparks. They do have great MCM floorplans, and quite obviously make a great Tiki host. Our platt "Arcadia Gardens" represents some of the smaller Streng homes. I think the most original two are yours and the one next to me on Brownson... Beyond that, I'd-a loved dropping by for the Tiki-4th, but my g/f being out of town means that I'd get less heat if I came over with her in tow... So happy 4th and welcom to the 'hood! Mike |
