Although this is NOT a thread on taboo Cove or Las Vegas, I will add this to Bigbro's comments; Taboo Cove opened approx. a month before 9/11. The financial panic that ensued (ie: people were afraid the spend money-whether or not it included travel) doomed many businesses. San Francisco lost a TON of OLD, established businesses in the 6 months after 9/11. |
