Once the wind really starts blowing they'll stop the rides. If you want to go out for a sail, I suggest getting down to Cabrillo Beach before the wind picks up around 12noon. I do not, however, know when they are starting the rides. Yesterday there was a huge celebration with traditional music and dances from the different Island nations and there may be more today as well. Come on down and support this historic and educational event!
