The security person outside the room is in charge of eyeballing the individual by look and age and letting them in or not, BUT the bartender also needs to recheck age and functionality of the individual they serve. Ultimately the responsibility falls on the bartender and person Hosting the party. like i said just an idea. Everyone want's to have a good time and be chill. but the 2% of assclowns who can't hold there own always get the bulk of conversation .
