I started playing ukulele and lap steel about a year ago after years of playing guitar. In researching music to learn I stumbled onto Exotica music and found a whole genre that I was only vaguely aware of before. I am currently stuck in Minnesota, but I am fortunate enough to live down the street from Psycho Suzie's where I can go listen to Exotic-A-Go-Go perform often. I'm happy and excited about all of this. Just when I was about to totally give up on any kind of pop culture. Thank you for creating and being a part of Tiki Central.
