I am a 23 year old up and coming bartender in New York City. I love Tiki and have probably met many of you in person at various events. I got into cocktails through collecting exotica records and it's great to finally be on Tiki Central. Recently, I made some Tiki drinks at Lani Kai during the Appleton Remixology competition. I created a Latin inspired Tiki drink called the Guerolito. As you can see in the photo below, we had fun with a "Tiki cholo" who interacted with the audience.
