The Tiki Motel was originally called The Rest Haven, and was built by Charlie and Elmo Hardy. A giant sized polynesian religious symbol attracts a lot of attention from travelers along Highway 40. The Tiki Motel was located at 311 East Main and was operated by Mr. and Mrs. Tom Syder. Postcard:
