I cooked up some Disneyland recipe Bengal Beef last week and had an interesting experience. It was good, had a nice kick to it but nothing severe - I put the few leftovers in the fridge. When I went to finish them off several days later they were so spicy I could hardly eat them. Something about sitting in the fridge really amplified the spices :-? |
