Okay, I gave the pisco another try. This time with LIME and little more sugar. The pisco sour recipe calls for sugar but it's vague ("sugar to taste"). I also think the mystical power of lime is the key! It's an acquired taste to be sure, but it was much better the second time around... Aloha, Uncle Arty |
