I'm new here, but let me give you some honest input. As has been advised previously, if you want to sell the mug, sell it on eBay. You simply won't get anything near $500-700 here, and there's a few very good reasons for that:

Past sales, regardless of condition, simply do not support that price. I recommend checking Terapeak if you don't want to believe the prices on Ooga Mooga.

The current economy just doesn't support those types of prices for these types of collectibles. Most people can't afford to pay upwards of $100 for one mug, let alone 5 times that. Yes, your mug is valuable, but it's only worth what someone is willing to pay.

The tiki community is (all things considered) a pretty small community. If there is somebody that is in this community that is able an willing to pay $500+ for your mug, you've already posted enough to make them aware of its availability. Further alienating people in this community will not serve any positive purpose. You've said your peace, now just wait patiently.
