Mele Kalikimaka and Hau'oli Makahiki Hou everyone. Just did a bunch of work on my backyard and decided to throw a little New Year's Eve luau at my place for the first time ever and thought I'd share some of my menu with you fine folks. If anyone's interested in recipes I'd be more than happy to share them.

Pupus:

Grilled Portugeuse sausage and Spam
Shoyu Ahi Poke`
Wakame (seaweed) salad

Entrees:

Oven Kalua Pig
Teriyaki Chicken
Kalbi (Korean style beef shortribs)

Sides:

Steamed rice
Lomi Lomi salmon
Wild green salad with tomato and sesame dressing
Tropical fruit salad

Dessert:

Haupia

I also just stocked up at BevMo to make pretty much every tropical drink imaginable and then some. I definitely plan to post pictures later on down the line.
