He brings in his own home made Dons Mix and other ingredients, and has created some of his own tiki concoctions that stand up to the traditional recipes. He's also going to be the head bartender at Mauka and has been testing some of the menu on those nights. If you get there 4-6pm tiki drinks are $5, but the tiki drinks flow all night.
