First Tiki is the drummer with moving arms getting painted. after the painting they will glue seeds, spices and other organic coverings. The second tiki will be stationary. My grandson, sister-in-law Cece are doing some tedious work, painting and then gluing cracked green peas to steel rods. Everything on the float has to be covered with vegetation.
