And as far as the "airing dirty laundry" accusation....most on-line retailers allow product reviews. Especially on Amazon. Product ratings. Good, bad...they are all there. This is unacceptable. I would never buy anything from this DJlee either. Not now. And my record buying experience matches yours too, Bootscooty. I usually buy Amazon, but a lot of it is from the private, small sellers, because they are used items. For example, Dave's used books (just made that up) I have never had any problem at all.
