Here's some Opah we picked up at the Studio City Farmers Market last Sunday. It was so fresh and tasty! Sherriyaki prepared the fish with an almond and panko breadcrumb coating topped with sautéed Hedgehog Mushrooms (also from the Farmers Market) and a salad on the side.
