Hey everyone - I'm from Vancouver Canada, have attended Tiki Oasis a few times as a vendor (www.shamefultiki.com) and met some of you in passing here and there. I have recently sold my business with the plan to open a tiki bar here in Vancouver where it rains all the time and we need some tropical escape.
I took a solo drive from Vancouver to San Diego with stops at every tiki destination I could - the new Trader Vics in Portland, Tiki Ti (several times), Trader Sam's, Dons in Huntington, a massive shopping spree at Oceanic for my new home bar (photo thread on that soon) and all the others.
Here's a little photo thread from some of my stops. I tried to get a little arty to mix it up a bit, hope you enjoy.

just a note to get us off on the right foot
