I have a beach house in Ensenada and would love to have a new place to stop by and have a drink after crossing the border. When making your drink menu, please consider the vintage Trader Vic's or Don the Beachcomber Mai Tai recipe using fresh Limes. Mexico has excellent limes that I use when making a Mai Tai or two. Of course I use the Cuban rums. Keep us posted regarding the opening of your bar. My brother and our wives would love if you join us in a sunset Mai Tai.
