JMHO...Dr No is my favorite Bond film...I am forever mesmerized by Connery when he is waiting in the bungalow surrounded by bamboo...and love the back-room bar scene with Jack Lord. DAF does epitomize the MCM flavor in that swinging LV (Palm Springs) way. Love that picture of Robert Mitchum in that bar...nice display of float lamps...wonderful ambiance. Uhhh...waiter...I'll have another... |
