I guess everyone has been too busy getting their taxes ready to post anything lately. :wink:
Today's "taxing" breakfast...
Two scrambled eggs piled with sautéed onions and mushrooms, then deglazed with sweet Marsala, spinach, two sausages (fake) pan fried in butter and olive oil so they got nice and crispy, Jarlsberg and Parmesan cheeses, and red pepper flake.
Yeah, meat eaters might even like this crap, I sure did. :)
