I'm Dave from New Jersey, and my interest in tiki and other things mid-century has gotten to the point where I actually decided to join this site, which I've visited quite a few times before. I'm a fan of a wide range of music, including exotica, surf, lounge, spy jazz, etc. Over the past year or so, I have been busily working at home trying out different tropical drink recipes - I still dig the classic Trader Vic's style Mai Tai the most. Currently, I'm toying with the idea of putting a small tiki bar in on the back patio by the pool ... Anyway, it's good to be here!
