I'm always looking for ways to impress my grandchildren. This is gonna work good! I'm also gonna try the "soupcan"" technique with corn tortillas. I will then fill the "cups" with the ingredients used when making tostadas and additionally I will top em with "Soyrizo". Just as tasty as chorizo-but you sleep better.Cheers David
