Please help me identify this music - Tiki Music

Since it seems that in this forum gets visited by man experts in music I decided to post a challenge for you. I have an old tape which I wanted to "update" to mp3 and I have identified most of the songs, but four of them are still a mystery. I've been searching for five years now (of course not every day, but every once in a while) and the last month I don't even have a clue where to look further.
