I used to send everything UPS but people were always bitching about the high price of shipping. So I started using Media Mail and had no problems until now. I didn't realize Media Mail could take a number of weeks. In the past it's always been 5-7 days. I haven't heard back from the buyer yet regarding my suggestion. Thanks everyone for your advice.
