That sounds good. The fact is, names of Hawaiian deities are hard to assign for sure. Here is a visual guide, but it might be outdated/ relative. Selfmade American versions are often combinations of these:
Allow me to address one pet peeve I have: The plural of Tiki is NOT Tiki's, it is Tikis. Tiki's would be the possessive form. I have no idea where this form of misspelling originated, but I flinch each time I see it. |
