The Mai Tai menu... My favorite was the classic 1944 Trader Vic's Mai Tai... Our talented pair of mixologists were George Jenkins (TikiHardBop) and Jimi Gonzales... George Jenkins... Jimi Gonzalez... Ed Volonnino of Ed's Heads Tikis brought along some of his work to realign the restaurant decor to the event... The lomi lomi salmon (left) and ahi poke (right) were really good... And the rest was equally delicious... Chris Kridler (TornadoTiki) making sure everyone knew the cocktail choices... Kathyrn Gonzalez and Christina Jordan (metikigal)... The folks at the next table over were really enjoying their Mai Tais... -Tom
